Carol Baker appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County quashing her appeal from a decision of the Chartiers Township Board of Supervisors to rezone land within the Township; and from the subsequent order of that court denying Bakers motion for reconsideration and/or consolidation. The issues raised on appeal to this Court are whether the trial court erred in determining that it lacked jurisdiction over an appeal challenging the validity of an amendment to a zoning ordinance; and whether the trial court correctly determined that it was without authority to remand Bakers appeal to the zoning hearing board.
